Hi All!
After 4 weeks of sticking to protocol I caved in to my sweet tooth! I ate five small pieces of left over easter candy (cadburry eggs) the calories amount to 96 total. How should I proceed. I got it out of my system (the cheat that is) and I really hope that I didn't do too much damage but I don't know how to proceed with the rest of my day. Should I leave out the fruits? Do you think this is going to cause a major weight gain??? Any feedback is appreciated...thanks! |

I'm sorry you had such a difficult time. You can't "fix" a cheat...you just have to live through it. I would eat your normal hcg diet for the day. Cadbury eggs are no replacement for the meat, fruit and vegetables we need to eat. You may want to skip one fruit. You may find that you gain tomorrow, or stay the same, or lose. Just don't take a loss as a sign that it is okay to eat Easter candy every day.
