Steaming and Pureeing it
![]() Season with a dash of lemon or turmeric (since turmeric is so good for us and supposedly a great metabolic booster and is great for the immune system) or whatever you like and pour it over your fish or chicken...or eat it like a soup with salad. I think this will get me past the *tired of asparagus* feeling.....considering I like mine with a dap of butter and lemon usually LOL Add a bit of homemade chicken broth or fish broth if you want to thin it...garlic is nice as well...just blend it up with it after steaming the asparagus!
