If this helps at all please know that their dressings are among the most disgusting things you will ever consume in your life.

I just about snorted my ice coffee .... That was funny! .

Ill admit to using them once in awhile, but basically agree with jliven. You have to ask yourself, if they are fat free, carb and sugar free, glutin free, then what do they have in them? You won't like the answer to that question.

They are gross! I bought two different kinds thinking maybe it was just the flavor but nope !! Save your money and make your own dressing... I use apple cider vinegar , water, and fresh strawberries. Blend it up and add a bit if stevia if you like... It's super yummy even for me and I don't care much for apple cider vinegar...

I agree!!! I bought the ranch dressing. Yuk!!! I do like the barbecue sauce and the cocktail sauce but not sure I should use them on the VLCD.

Personally, I think the ranch tastes like chalk. The balsamic is a tiny bit better. I bought the bar b que sauce too but haven't tried it. I haven't seen the cocktail sauce. I just don't think they are good for our bodies.....it's basically full of chemicals. I use them just to keep from going nuts on p2.... But only occasionally. The rest of the time, I make my own dressing with apple cider vinegar, water, stevia, alittle mustard powder, black pepper.

Exactly! Full of chemicals that are harmful to our bodies...so bad.

I wondered the same thing just yesteday...thought about getting some, but then, even though this p2 WILL get boring on occasion, I asked myself the ultimate question; do I want to get healthy? I realized that I am putting only good quality food into me right now in order to release the fat ALONG with all the toxins and bad junk I have been putting on so why would I even want to put bad stuff back in?

I decided to just tough it out and find natural alternatives while in p2 and realize that the options will open up greatly in p3 In the end, doing harm even for some relief from the boredom did not seem worth it *for me* LOL

One thing you can also do if you have a blender and eat the fruit is to mix one of the fruits with a couple cups of one of the greens (spinach is the best b/c it does not have a taste this way) and have a smoothie.......no worry about salad dressing that way, and so filling and refreshing. Add a cup of water and a little ice to make it colder and blend until very smooth. Really really good!
