Just an update! Started vlcd last tuesday and I've lost 8.6 lbs in a week! Wow! this morning I lost .7 as well as yesterday but the previous days 2.5 and 3.5. It's been tough because I'm line cook in a trendy NYC restuarant and the temptations are horrible. Constantly seeing the pastry stations creation is horrilbe but I have not cheated once. Just occasionally have to taste my stuff and that's it! hope I keep losing at this rate. We will see how next week goes. That is all. WIll update next week.

Nice loss! I'm up to 5 lbs loss in my first week but I still have 3 days to go so who knows how much more I'm going to lose. I've been eyeing my coworkers lunches (yesterday he brought a chicken parm sub in and I was about to jump him for it) but I've been good too. GOOD FOR YOU to ignore all those pastries! Keep up the good work!
