Default VLCD 6 but only lost .4 :( Did I read on here that can happen EVEN in the 1st week?
Hello...
I must admit I am a bit down about this today. I have not gone off protocol at all. MAYBE I drank a little less water yesterday...not that I did not have enough..........just a little less than the other days. Could that do it?

I expected a lower loss in week two, but not on day 6 when I have almost 100lbs to lose.

I actually had about 400 calories (maybe 420 yesterday) and even had ONLY one fruit when I had been having two each day. You know, I skipped one fruit b/c I tried one TBS of milk in my hot tea, but really, could *that* cause a low loss? I also feel hungry this morning and that has not happened at all so far this week.

In fact, all week I was eating my first meal between 11:30 am and 1:00 pm and feeling great...not a loud grumbling stomach or anything, but this morning it is about 9:15 and my stomach is rumbling. (I am still going to wait until noon or so because I like that schedule! lol) I will just drink tea and a lot of water till then to try and calm it down LOL

I am taking Rx Hucog SQ 150 iu first thing in the morning.

I KNOW I need to just take a deep breath, relax and realize that *I might* drop (hopefull!) 2 lbs on the scale tomorrow morning...a girl can hope

Just need some encouragement because out of the 5 days so far I only reached the 500 calories on two days, the other 3 have been closer to 400 so I am not overeating or cheating. Dr. Simeons says it is OK to not eat all of your food so I am not worried about it.

However......since I am hungry this morning, do you think I should up my cals to 500 today and see what happens, or stick to my usual schedule and just wait for the losses to begin again? LOL

It is just hard to see 1 lb losses for a few days in a row and then barely anything :/

Thanks for any encouragement to keep my spirits up today!
