I am doing a planned interruption. I will stop drops 72hours before my first day of vacation. Vacation is 4 days long.
Since HCG takes 2 days to get into the system, should I start the drops again 2 days before my vacation ends, or should i start on my first day back.

I will do close to P3 eating as I can whilst on vacation.

I would at least start one day before your next VLCD Day 1. If you can do 2 I don't think it would hurt.

Hi Kiwigrrl curious to know what you decided to do? I am in a similar situation. I am VLCD26 and am struggling on how to work my vacation/Drops/phase 3. It's so hard!

Per P&I, start the hcg the same day you resume the vlcd after your vacation. Don't start taking hcg earlier than that.
