Default Drinking All That Water...
Hi. New here. Did HCG over a year ago and lost weight, but did the diet improperly. Now back on it. Had my loading days (phase 1 right?), and now on the 500 day diet (phase 2?).

Been doing 500 calories since Monday so almost a full week now. The hardest part from me isn't the lack of food, but drinking 1/2 gallon to 1 gallon of water. I work in education and aside from 2 times, have no bathroom breaks! I cannot keep asking coworkers to cover me.

How do some of you make it through a full day drinking all that water if you are in similar situations?

Unrelated, I'm single and go on the occasional date (rarely but it happens!). If it's a date with food, what do you do? Do you just get tea, coffee, or salad (with lemon and hope you don't gain from mixing veggies)? When I was on it over a year ago, I was actually really good about it. I cheated when I had to go out of town for 4 nights and that pretty much is when I gave up the diet (Feb 2011).

How about grilled chicken or steak and a vegetable for a date? Or seafood w/out butter?

Would I just eat half the chicken and hope it's about right?

You don't need to drink a gallon of water. Dr. Simeons recommends 2 liters of liquid. I tend to drink a lot because I like water.

If you eat out, you can order fish, lobster, or crab. Just make sure everything is cooked with no oil. And get a vegetable or lettuce salad to go with it.
