I just had my second stall and this morning it moved down .9 lbs, so almost a full pound. I finally figured out the culprit. I thought it was steak... NOPE, I wasn't drinking enough water. I was drinking out of one of my big blue cups, it holds 12oz and I was drinking about 7-9 of those a day. I switched to a quick trip 52oz cup so I could keep better track. After not losing the past couple days I measured out the QT cup and found it's NOT 52oz, more like 15oz and I was only drinking 2-3 of those a day
![]() Can't do math apparently, the cup is about 40oz, so good still, drinking 80+oz of water a day, but my body needs more than that on this diet! |
