When we release fat, we also release toxins and those need to be flushed out. Having to drink more has been a wonderful change for me. I also did not drink enough at all. 2 liters should be fine though. I kept two quart jars and made sure I finished them during the day. Coffee and tea on top of that but I didn't count them in. The visual made it easier for me in the beginning.

I always tend to get headaches if I don't drink enough - usually a sign of some toxins accumulating in my body. With a severe diet like this one, that must be even more important to keep the strain on liver and kidneys as low as possible.
I actually got myself water stones to purify tabwater at home, and liquid lemon stevia to make some of the still water more interesting at work... we'll see how that goes. |

I'm not a big water drinker either so I love, love, love the little Mio's they are selling near the Crystal Light. The sweet tea is fabulous!! I love the mango and peach tea too. Try that and hope you enjoy. |

I was told many years ago that you should take your body weight and divide it in half and that is the ounces you should drink in a day. So for instance if you weigh 150 pounds you should drink 75 ounces of water. To much water isn't good for you and to little isn't also. I also believe water flushes out toxins. Adding lemon to it also helps. I also use at times a water patch that actually helps your cells to absorb the water you drink. Sometimes we drink enough but our cells don't absorb it so we are actually drinking enough yet are dehydrated.
Good luck! |
