So, I have a question about which weight should I count my official weight for the day? First of all, I do not have "normal" sleep patterns. I'm a stay-at-home-wife, don't work....so sometimes I go to sleep at 9, sometimes at 10,11, 12 or whenever I feel sleepy. However, doesn't matter what time I go to sleep, I wake up at around 7 to make breakfast for hubby before he leaves for work. I weigh myself at this time after I void. I usually go to sleep after he leaves and wake up around 10-11ish and when I weigh myself again at this time after voiding, my weight is "usually" between .2-.6 ounces lower than the early morning one. I don't take my drops or drink anything before 10-11 either. So, now, I'm wondering which one should I count? I would love to count the latter but still gotta make sure
