Day three stall!! Did the apple day and lost .09 went back on protocol and gained .06! WTF??? Why??? Does it matter if I am eating my fruit in the morning? Does it matter if I take away the 2nd fruit and add veggies?? Could this be the reason? I am sooo confused as to why my body is NO responding! Oh, one other thing...yesterday I drank Pelligrini (mineral) water instead of regular water because its easier to drink. Do you think this could be the reason? Jeesh...just want to see the scale move again...booo hooo!!!

It could be the veggies instead of a fruit. Dr. Simeon's was very specific about eating 2 servings of each. Also it is common to stall and actually a stall isn't until 4 days. Hopefully you won't get there. I would check and double check all of your foods, portions, etc. Don't assume you are doing it right. I made a mistake in r3 and was shocked. Do you have any lotions, hidden sugar, something so simple you aren't noticing and yet it's causing this? I hope you can find the root of this and start to lose again. If you are doing everything correctly you may just need a couple of days and the losses will start again. Not to worry...
