I'm only on day 17, it's been a hard week, but my stomach is hollow and hurting all the time now. What do I do? Just go ahead and up the calories and take a day or two of P2 eating at 800 calories+. It was only going to be a short round, but wow.. I don't think I can hang with this anymore. I was hoping for at least another 3-5 pounds, but it doesn't look like it's going to happen.
Drops 4-4x's a day. |
