Here's my issue. I don't think I'm mentally ready for this round. I have a lot to lose but it's so difficult to keep motivated. I can't eat with my family because it drives me insane. I don't feel as good this round (6days in) as I did the first round. The losses have slowed already in the FIRST week.
I did great on p3 and p4 and I am considering just stopping and continuing with p3 for awhile. I did lose weight while on p3 also. I don't know, what are your thoughts? Has anyone else ever just stopped and taken a long break until they were ready to do it again? |
