Is Melba bread the same as rye bread. If isI not the same, where isto the bestsame place toto get. Icant find it locally. And is intramuscular injection better then subcutaneous?

Melba is not the same as rye bread. Melba is more like a cracker, dried bread. Grissini is the same, just dried breadsticks. They are both usually in the cracker section, not the bread section.
