HI,
I am thinking that malt vinegar will be OK for p2, yes? 0 cal 0 SUGAR (unlike my second fav for chx and fish; Balsamic vinegar lol, I know that is not OK) 0 fat etc. Just want to be certain before I plan my meals out to hopefully start loading this weekend and then begin VLCD on Monday!
