Hey I'm new to the whole HCG Diet thing but I have a really busy schedule and I was wondering if meal replacement shakes is okay to replace a meal with.I have school in the morning and work in the afternoon.Is herbalife or whey protein a good substitute?
Like: Breakfast:Meal Replacement Shake Lunch:Meal Replacement Shake Dinner:A meal(Chicken breast or Fish and Asparagus etc..) |

It's not on protocol, but I used Jay Robb whey last round and found that I could have it a couple of times a week, but more than that would slow me down. I may give the egg white protein a try this round, though, and see if it affects me the same as the whey. Apparently, whey is pretty well-known for spiking insulin, so that would probably be why I had to limit it. We're all different, so your mileage may vary.
