hey guys a background on me: i decided to join a gym march 2011, it's been an exact year since that date and i've lost 90 pounds. i weight train 2 a week, and do cardio 6. honestly, i'm getting anxious waiting for the last few so i've been looking into this HCG diet. I've heard people have lost up to 30-50 pounds in a month. it's just really mentally difficult being it's VLCD.
i really want to get to my goal weight already so i can start cycling long distance and starting crossfit, so my question to you.. what do you guys think.. should i do the HCG? do you guys think it'll be worth it? anyone here have any experience with it? did you gain the weight back? did you feel bad? did you end up with alot of flabby skin? did you lose alot of muscle? what i'm scared of is doing it, and then feeling extremely guilty about losing all the weight so fast and consider it "cheating" ![]() |
