I have a dear friend who did this 5yrs ago she was around 400lbs, she's 6" tall. I remember afterwards she was on a liquid diet at first & then when she could eat meals it was bites & she would complain about getting sick afterwards if she ate the wrong thing. She lost a ton of weight QUICKLY, sadly she put it back on after her 2 children. GB is very hard on the body. She has scars on her belly.

She's going to start HCG when her infant is older.
I have a friend like this as well. She just had hers last year or so. She can barely eat. I mean she came to my BBQ and ate 1 egg. She can't keep food down & I know she isn't getting 1200 calories a day. Probably more like 500 or 600. But that's healthy!? But when we HCG dieters do it, it's dangerous. She hasn't regained the weight, but that's because she still can't eat anything. She has scars & sagging skin because she can't afford the surgery to remove the excess skin. It's a real sad situation.
