Default not losing
Hello. I have been on the diet for 20 days now. In the first 8 days, I lost 10 pounds and was thrilled. Since then, I've followed the protocol, weighed my food and walked 2 miles/day and have only lost 3 pounds. I've done 2 apple days, I'm drinking vinegar water constantly. I cheated once during the whole time and that was during the 10 pound loss. I'm really not sure what else I can do - any suggestions? TIA!

It's normal for losses to slow down. Women average .5-.75 a day when averaged out over the course of the round. If you're eating the breadstick, cut that. And if that doesn't help the losses, try cutting one fruit and adding 100 calories of protein in its place. Good luck!

Grammy - is there a limit on vinegar? I know you can't do balsalmic due to the sugar content but what about the red vine flavored? It has no sugar and lists 0 calories. Thanks.
