I'm just a newbie but my understanding is that 40 days is the maximum for HCG as the body develops a tolerance for it and it ceases to be effective. After the 40 days, I think you are supposed to stop for 3-6 weeks before starting another cycle.

But I don't want to argue with results. If you've lost that much weight then more power to you.
