Default weighing Veggies...is it necessary?
whoops, I'm in my last week of HCG and getting ready and excited to start P3, but now I just read that I should have weighed the veggies as well - the place I bought the HcG from, told me that the only strict rule was the protein and to the veggies w/o. Now I'm wondering... I could have lost a lot more weight?! I'm happy with the loss, but the prospect of me being able to having lost more, irks me LOL... anyone else that didn't weigh them? I've lost 15lbs sofar and have not quite a week left....

A lot of people don't weigh veggies, but some count the calories of their veggies. I did this for my first round, but now I don't worry about it. I don't think it would have made that much of a difference for you.

I did not.. i think in the first week i was a stickler for weighing those. But after that.. I took a handful of baby spinach leaves and called it good..lol..
Now in phase 3 since they add a whole bunch more..I will weigh them at first.. tryin gto stabilize on all those new things will be hard at first
