Default Has anyone heard of Walden Farms Dressing?
I found a dressing that is sugar free, fat free, carbhydrate free, gluten free & cholesterol free AND calorie free. It's by Walden Farms. Anyone heard of this?

I've used it sparingly when I just can't stand the thought of another apple cider vinegar salad. No stalls for me, but your mileage may vary. Maybe use it once and then wait a few days to see if it affects you?

Thanks! Do you have a favorite Apple Cider Vinegar salad dressing?

I mix acv with spicy brown mustard, garlic powder, Italian herb seasoning, powdered stevia and water to dilute a bit. I don't measure anything- just add stuff to taste. Not as good as ranch dressing, but it gets the lettuce down

I believe it has Sucralose in it which I believe is not on protocol. Having said that, I'd use it sparingly.

I use the Walden Farms products pretty liberally. Hasn't slowed my losses. My fav is the creamy bacon ranch. Makes good chicken salad. As always, YMMV

I just bought the sugar free ranch, but once I read the ingredients I realized it has sucralose in it. WTH??? I'm on P3 right now but I'm nervous to use it. Just be sparing.

Whatever on earth you do - DO NOT try their peanut butter spread!!!!! I almost barfed! (and no, I was not using it while on hcg either, and wouldn't make my worst enemy eat it.)

There is one tiny downside to the Walden Farms stuff....it is so beyond awful it will make you wish you just poured water on your salad.

I agree the taste is pretty awful but the packets are convenient. I use salad spritzers with no problem, but YMMV. I just found a few tiny spray bottles that I put them in when I am on the road and keep them in a iced lunch bag along with a few other goodies I take when I am on the road. (sugar free ketchup, gluten free low sodium soy sauce, MCT oil, my hcg drops, and liquid trace minerals with potassium...and so on).

A really great Latin flavored salad dressing is just lemon juice, salt, and cumin. It is amazing how good it tastes with no oil. I do both carna asada and pollo chicken salads with it all the time.

Last time I looked at those Salad spritzers, high fructose corn syrup was the lead ingredient on all of them. have they changed?

I love the walden farms BBq sauce, and the ranch is OK, but pb is awful.
