I'm at day 24 of P2, and I'm not losing as much weight daily as I did at the beginning. I know it's normal to slow down as you get further into the diet, but when I did my first round, I continued to lose at least a pound a day from beginning to end. (I know, I'm fortunate in that I react well to hCG.)
For the last week I've steadily slowed down, even though I haven't changed my diet. I'm down to half a pound a day, and while I know a lot of you might say that's still good, I wonder if I'd do better going to P3 for about three-weeks, then returning to P2. Because of work and travel, spring is the only time of year I can do this, so I'd obviously like to lose as much as possible in the time I have left. What do you think? Hang in there at half a pound a day until I reach day 40, or take a break and hope I can kickstart it back to a pound a day? Your opinions are appreciated. |
