Help

I cheated on my last week of P3 and started eating sugar...it was like a drug and once I had a taste I couldn't stop the cravings. I was stressed and am having panic/anxiety attacks which I think triggered it. Gained 3lbs last week, plus I had already gained back 4lbs of what I lost during P3 and now am essentially back at the same weight I was before round 2. Yesterday was my first day of P4 and I had a MAJOR bulimia relapse...my worst episode since I can remember. I ate so much chocolate and threw it all back up but now I am at 109.6 (LDW = 103.6, Starting weight 111.2)

Is it possible to salvage anything from this? How can I stop gaining any more before I can start a third round at the end of April? I haven't stabilised at all...I don't want to continue gaining for the next 7 weeks before I am able to do a third and hopefully final round?
You sound like you may need to see a professional therapist instead of consulting others dealing with their own relationship with food. Also, a third round at your already small weight?!

Honey, you need to check out the leptin reset. It has fixed many eating disorders including bulimia and binging. It's the last in the list of subforums under the forum link. Good luck!

Hey grammy!

Thanks for the suggestion. I have looked at leptin reset before...it appeals to me and makes a lot of sense but I just don't think I would be able to do it. It seems so tough! I just don't think I could handle the big breakfasts and no snacking, amongst other things. plus all the complicated timings!

Beth has suggested that I might have a yeast problem...I did the glass of water test for it and it came back positive so going to try a herbal supplement to try and help.

thank you so much x i will definitely have another look and reconsider leptin reset for my next p3 and beyond though.
