Default Longer Phase 2 or more rounds?
Newbie here, doing the drops, with over 100 pounds to loose, on day 10, down 13.2 ... but facing her first morning with no loss ... but plodding ahead and clearly I'll need several rounds to truly complete.

I have a cruise coming up this summer ... about 140 days until we set sail according to my countdown calendar. I want to make sure I'm in phase 4, at least, on the cruise. If my math is correct, I can basically do two forty-something day rounds and be there, or do 3 regular rounds. What do you "experts" feel is most beneficial? It's less about the loss at the time of the cruise (it's a trip to Alaska and long term results are what I'm aiming for) but anything other than phase four will be impossible. For the long run and the most success, what do you guys suggest?

Thanks in advance!

Mary

With a large amount to lose, I would not even consider a short round. I would do two 40 day rounds and give myself plenty of time to get stable before the cruise. I just got off a cruise in January and it was really nice, but everything is laden with salt and a bunch of other stuff, I was fortunate to come back only 4 or 5 pounds heavier, but that quickly came right off the following week. By the way a cruise is a perfect place to start loading before another round if you can time it right.

That does sound like the best option, I'm going to go for it, Thanks!
