Here's a breakdown of what I typically do for p2 foods, but after analyzing it, I'm not getting the 500 cals a day. How do you get up there if you want to stay with the chicken & fish, and basics like cucumber, romaine, celery? I like to keep my eating in P2 pretty simple.
-1/2 med grapefruit approx 75 cals -cucumber slices, 30 cals -chicken 90 cals -med apple 80 cals -tons of romaine lettucs 40 cals -white fish, tilapia, halibut, or cod 90 cals that's 405 calories. I've read that going below the 500 is not good, but aside from eating 15 lbs of produce, which would up the carbs (wouldn't it???), how do you get the cals up to 500?? Thx for the input!! Ann |
