I think some of the Whey protein powders are okay, I'm not exactly sure which ones, but I believe just read the lable and make sure its no sugar (or very low) and the purest you can get I'd go with that...also I believe unflavored.

I am following the 800 calorie diet along with sublingual hcg. For breakfast I have an Herbalife protein shake. They are expensive and I’m sure there are others on the market that will work just as well. The reason that I use the Herbalife shakes is that I have tried some of the others and I really do love the taste of the Herbalife shakes. I do use a very good blender and mix with water and ice. The total calories are only around 200 calories for a very large shake. I run a 6 week weight loss camp and I recommend the Herbalife shakes as part of our 800 calorie a day program.

I use Jay Robb egg white protein powder. Chocolate and Vanilla. They use Stevia to sweeten the powder. Also expensive, but effective.
