2nd VLCD lost 2 lbs .. not bad considering I lifted weights yesterday and I am sore so probably retaining water in my muscles. I only added 1 protein drink yesterday and seemed to do just fine working out and with VLCD. So far so good today, added 1 protein drink but after my workout (cardio) will probably add 30 mins before I workout tomorrow that seemed to work better for me.
@Shalhevet great job, try drinking some tea that seems to work for me - all kinds of flavored teas , I like the peppermint @ nikblondiew - I ate just about everything, burgers, fries, ice cream , arbys etc... just eat whatever you like that got us here in the first place, haha @heathernhubby - hope you get your answers so you can start with us!! |
