Morning all!!

I have searched through the threads, but can I clarify something? We can have sparkling water, right? Perrier, LaCroix and club soda, correct? Is seltzer different and can we have that? I know it's pretty carbonated.

I know this is a silly question, but want to be sure. Thanks!!

I drink La Croix all the time and perrier is great too. Sometimes I treat myself to perrier with some flavored stevia... delicious! I don't want to give you answers about club soda or seltzer because I haven't tried them myself.
