Hello everyone,
I haven't posted much on here but I've been on hcg on and off with some crazy failed rounds but none the less I'm still LESS! I started a round feb 1st only to quit by feb 5th because of TOM. I restarted on feb 12th. 2/12 Restart 2/13 149.4 2/14 146. 4 (Ate out for vday on protocol) 2/15 144.4 2/16-2/17 144.4 (I have not been able to get below this set point) 2/18 144.8 CHEAT! 2/19 No weigh in 2/20 145.8 Result of cheat 2/21 145 2/22 144.4-145 FAT FAST DAY 1 START 2/23 143.6 FAT FAST DAY 2 2/24 142.6 FAT FAST DAY 3 2/25 143 Results from FFF#3 and a bity dehydrated from scuba, Did High Protein Tilapia day with 1 apple 2/26 141.8 Dinner eating out (on protocol) 2/27 143 Egg Day (6 hard boiled) 2/28 142.4 Now should I do another high protein day, egg day, fat fast day or just go to normal? I was hoping to get to 139 by the end of the month but I don't think that will happen. I would like to get to 139 by the end of the round for day 21 (3/3) unless I do a 23 day round.
