If I skip and take less HCG will it slow my wiehgt loss down. If I start taking half as much HCG will there be any negative affects?
No, the amount of HCG def won't slow you down, in fact it takes several days for the HCG to even clear your system (hence the 3 VLCD days at the end of the diet for the HCG to clear out), so if you are indeed taking too much, which I believe you are, your body will have plenty of HCG to run on during your skip day. You won't lose less on a smaller dose just as you won't lose better on a bigger dose. Actually once I started getting my dose right after I dropped it way down I was losing a bit more steadily than on a higher dose.

One thing about this diet is that it challenges traditional thinking. I initially assumed I'd need a higher dose because I'm a bigger girl (I have a large body frame, I'm 5'6" and I have a lot to lose) because a lot of the thinking is that a bigger body needs more of something to circulate properly. Sort of the way we tend to think of alcohol, you know? But the truth is that you really need just enough to trigger the right mechanisms in your body to shift fat burning to your abnormal stores. Some people just need less to accomplish that, and there's no hard and fast rules for dosing-you jut have to try it and see. I also think that some people absorb sublingually better than others. The idea behind the double sunlingual dose is that less HCG is getting through each time, so you increase the dose to make sure you're getting enough for it to be effective. Your case sounds like mine in that your body is absorbing it quite well, so it's absorbing too much with too high of a dose.

Anyway, feel free to PM me anytime, I've dropped my dose so many times on my round that I feel like a pro! But I always go with the skip test, it's the best way to know for sure!
