You Know, I was thinking about that this morning, Kajola. I wld be interested in other's experiences.
I was ending R2 - 23 days and went into P3 wo the 72 hour vlc window (by mistake) and gained 4 lbs in 2 days. After I calmed down, I started taking the drops again and thought of it as a planned interruption. Well, I am losing more/better since doing that. Was I hungrier? Yes, but I was off them for 4 days so it was like starting over. Im not sure what the week will bring but in my last 3 days, i have lost -1 -2.2 -1. This would not have been the case in a usual wk 4. Maybe my body thought I had loaded again!!! ![]() I am taking Body shaper drops and they do not say to skip a day and they are not homeopathic. |

Thanks for the feedback. I was counting on the skip days to add an extra week to my 40 injections, in order to hopefully squeeze in a few more pounds loss, too. But my 1st skip day arrived, and I was afraid to do it! ok. I'll skip tomorrow.
Newjulie, sounds like you dealt well with the interruption! |

If you are doing drops I am pretty certain you don't skip a day. Injections are the only people who skip & it is mostly based upon your body not developing an immunity to the HCG and also to push out your round a few more days if you are doing a long round. The most injections recommended to do in a round is 40... anything after that you have a higher risk of developing an immunity to it. Some people go over but at that point it is your own decision.
Skip days you do loose & if your dose is correct you won't be hungry. |

Ok, I skipped injecting today, and sailed through the day fine, no hunger, felt very full from my meals just like normal. thanks for the push.
Jessica, I am doing Rx, as my thread title and avatar info shows...I know there's no immunity to hhcg, but are you suggesting that you can only develop immunity to Rx injections, not to Rx sublingual? That doesn't sound right to me. |

It's not uncommon to feel slightly more hungry on skip day though, just so you know. Most are fine but you might have a bit more hunger. This is mentioned in Pounds and Inches. This is from Pounds and Inches:
On the days onwhich they do not receive the injections they usually feel a slight sensation of hunger. At first we thought thatthis might be purely psychological, but we found that when normal saline is injected without the patient'sknowledge the same phenomenon occurs. |
