Default Can someone tell me if these mixing instructions are correct
I got these from a friend a while back. Instead of b-12 I'm only using BAC water.

Sublingual Mixing

Total 10 ml for 5000 iu ampoule - Reconstitute hcg with the 1 ml or 2ml of sodium chloride that came with it. Add 8 or 9 ml of additional sodium chloride. You want a total of 10ml.

Remove the top of the hcg vial so you get down to the rubber top. With your mixing syringe, draw the 1 or 2 ml. of sodium chloride from the ampoule that came with the hcg. Slowly inject the 1 to 2 ml. of sodium chloride by punching through the rubber part of the vial with your mixing syringe. Dribble it down the side slowly as the hcg is very sensitive and does not need to be shaken or foamed. Always handle your hcg carefully. Slowly swirl hcg and sodium chloride and then remove the solution from the vial with your mixing syringe. Inject this solution slowly down the side of your clear or amber bottle. Now draw 8 or 9 more ml. of sodium chloride and slowly inject that into your glass vial. Swirl gently and you are done. This mix makes about 20 days of 2X a day dosing.
