Default Had a bad day!!
I cheated after following the diet religiously for 14 days..now what do i do? Do I just start over again..have I really msed up my diet?

You had a temporary set-back. Lots of people cheat on this diet. So tomorrow, you just wake up, take a nice pee, strip off your jammies, jump on your buddy the scale, register your weight, and start your day. Back on protocol, back on plan, back on schedule.

You can do this!

PS. Don't forget to dress before you start your day.

LOL @ "don't forget to dress" comment. BadKitty63 is spot on- just put on your big girl pants- and start fresh tomorrow =) We all have cheated at some point- or ate more or whatever... LOL. It's not a huge deal. =)

See Im in the same boat. and I was thinking I need to do a correction day, similar to what they do during phase 3 if the scale goes up. So using the steak day or an apple day or a fage day to correct if my weight spikes up tomorrow. Or an egg day.... thoughts on this?
