Hi Vegglover! I'm in R1, on my last day of P2. P2 was easy at first, and then I went to some parties and I cheated. Ugh. The last couple days have been HARD, and I am really looking forward to P3; it will seem like heaven after P2. I really like how I feel, and I plan on exanding on the foods I ate in P2, as a lifestyle choice from here on out. I felt horrible after the cheating days, and I had horrible heartburn those days, which is something I suffered from before starting the HCG diet. I realized that I needed a break, but I have more weight to lose and I had already wondered if I could skip P4 and go back to P2. Thank you for your post, as it shed new light on what I was thinking about. I hope you are still out there and can reply to my post. I would like to see how you are doing now!
