I feel your pain! I just turned the big 3-0. No cake. No anything . . . I drank one vodka and water with a squirt of lemon. Watched everyone eat fun bar food--like fried mushrooms, wings, etc.! Gained over a pound just from the one drink. Not cheating again!!! I am going to have a fun celebration when I'm done!!!

start date was jan 29th my birthday is march 8th i purchased one bottle of the drops and my goal was to get from 172lbs to 130lbs but I feel like i wont be making it in one round anyway because i am on day 17 I was either going to end on day 19 of p2 so that p3 would be over on my birthday. Or i was going to end p3 three days early. Any ideas?

Yeah, I strongly doubt you would lose 42 pounds in one round anyway. From everything I have read here, veterans don't really recommend the 23 day program as it stands anyway; they feel it is too hard to stabilize. They prefer to see a dieter go with 30 days. I signed on for a short 23 day round, but I am going to extend it to 28 days (I am traveling for work and it will just be too hard), because I want to maximize my losses and because I really want to stabilize well. I am even planning on making my P3 last a bit longer if I need to.
Honestly? I think I would be looking at the big picture here, and I would do this round as long as I needed to, to maximize my losses, and do a really good P3. I would be looking at my wedding, rather than one boozy night of birthday fun. You can go out with your friends and have a great time regardless. But that's just one girl's opinion. |
