I wouldn't do it. They probably have some kind of fat on/in it. I'm not a fan of tuna, but grabbing a can of the white albacore tuna has saved me a few times. If you can find a fruit cup of grapefruit with no sugar added, it makes a pretty good meal to layer lettuce, tuna, and grapefruit with some of the juice as a salad dressing. I rinse the tuna and add salt - not too bad. I've thought about grilled chicken - so many fast food places have it now, but I doubt it is fat free unless they cook a special one for you, and then - who knows?

It doesn't sound like you have a McD's near, but I did the grilled chicken off their grilled chicken sandwich once when I had a rapid change of plans and had to go out of town. If you go to their website and click on the menu items, you can "customize" your order by subtracting the other ingredients, so you can see just what the chicken has. I was pleasantly surprised, and I still lost.
