Hi guys, this is my first round and i'm currently on vlcd6 and so far lost 10.6 lbs!! But for the past few days even the smell or looking at food makes me want to gag! So i decided to use the jay robb whey protein vanilla flavor to replace my lunch. I made it with 1 scoop of powder, 8oz of water, 6 strawberries (fruit serving), ice and flavored it with vanilla creme stevia and a packet of sweet n low. It ended up making a HUGE batch and according to my blender 1.5 liters worth. I've already drank 1 cup and im super full so I wanted to know do i have to drink the whole thing to replace for my lunch protein or is 1 cup okay? Or did i make it wrong and thats why it made so much? Sorry for all the questions im just not sure Thanks!
Wow. I was wondering what brand of HCG are you on? And where did you get it?
