Hi! I am on sublingual drops, and I have a question. How the HECK do you keep saliva from diluting your HCG? Or is this not an issue? I don't think I'm getting my full dose because of this...

You don't, it's kind of unavoidable, but I wouldn't worry too much about it. Even when I put my drops in a super-dry mouth, it still produces saliva. How long do you hold? You may just want to try to hold a bit longer. I hold for about 15 minutes and have never had any issues with absorption. Then I do a huge swish around my mouth at the end and swallow. I don't think it interferes.
