My sister-in-law's order from reliableRx cleared customs on Jan 27 and still hasn't been delivered in Wa state. No further info on the tracking. Should she be worried? Will ReliableRx only resend if it doesn't clear customs, or any reason it's not delivered?

I too live in Washington state and I order from ADC, each time my order has cleared customs the package is delivered to my home or post office for me to pick up within just a couple days.
If there is no further tracking info then I would go to the post office (she can call but my experience with calling is at least 45 min. to an hour of hold time and still no answer to your questions) with tracking info and ask the clerk there if they can help figure out whats going on. If nothing else then she can contact Reliable and let them know her package still hasn't arrived and they will re-ship or refund. I know I always have to sign for my hCG and the supplies so is it possible she wasn't home and somehow the slip that the mail person delivers was dropped, thrown out, etc... happens.
By going to the post office she might just be returning with her package if it is a case of overlooked or misplaced signature slip?
Either way relaible has a good reputation and from what I've been told great customer service so she may have to wait a bit longer but they will get it to her.
Here's to hoping she finds her package waiting for her at the Post Office!
