For.those of u who had lots to lose and have done 3 rounds, can u tell me how much weight u lost total? I know I shouldnt compare myself to others since everyone loses at different rates, but Im preparing to start protocol and I'm curious.

I'm on my 3rd round now. 18lbs 1st round, 22lbs 2nd round...so far this round 18lbs, me thinks I'll lose 22-25 this round. Hard to tell just yet. I also regained 11lbs after my 2nd...way after my 2nd..the oct-nov-dec got me! So I had to re lose that weight, major bummer.

we are all snowfalkes though . Your miliage may vary.
