I'm getting to the end of the P2 protocol. I am on a 60 day cycle with the pellets. I'm on day 44 and have lost 26 pounds (about .6 lbs a day). I'm hoping to lose another 8-10 lbs before this cycle ends for me. After this round I still need to lose another 25-30lbs to be at my goal weight. I currently weight 167 lbs and I would like to be at 130 lbs.
I am planning on staying on P3 for 3 weeks to stabilize. After that I'd like to being another cycle of hcg to lose the remaining weight or try to lose the weight by exercise. I'd like to ensure I lose the remainder of the weight by the end of July since my hubby and I leave for vacation in mid-August. So, what has been successful for the rest of you? A second round of HCG for the remainder of the weight, another diet program or just a healthy lifestyle and excercise program? Any recommendations? I do have to admit the thought of 2 load days of pure sugar and fat sounds wonderful about now! |
