Hello,
I am new to this forum and have already found lots of helpful stuff I bought a Whey protein powder shake I mix it with water and about 9 strawberrys and some sweet 'n'low (have yet to buy stevia) The ingredients show no sugar, just stevia. there are 24 grams of protien and , 2 g carbs, 1 gram sugar,1 g fat and 115 calories per scoop (i use one) Ingredients list is as follows: PROEIN BLEND,NATURAL FLAVOURS,ENZYME BLEND,BEET POWDER,SOY LECITHIN,STEVIA LEAF,ACESULFAME POTASSIUM. I know everyone reccomends the Jay robb brand, but I live in canada and its very expensive on the net. Can anyone tell me who has more insight into the ingredients if this should be ok I also know this is not protocol, but i HATE eating meat during the day Thanks! |
