Ok fellow hcg dieters. I am on VLCD3. I am currently at work, and had my apple at 10:30 and then my 3.5 oz of chicken and 3 cups of spinich with a little lemon juice at 1pm. About 2:15 I started getting very, VERY dizzy and light-headed, to the point I thought I was going to pass out. Seriously... Soooo, I ate about 1/2 a packet of Sugar in the Raw, and within 15 min. I feel so much better. I really thought I was going to pass out at my desk... Now I am torturing my self on what I have done to my diet
