Default Here I Go Again! Any 2/6 Loaders?
It's been quite a while, but I am back doing technically my second round of RxHCG, but I finished my first round last June. I was going to start another round right away but I had to have surgery to remove my gallbladder which they couldn't schedule until October. Despite having a messed up P3, because I couldn't eat fats and could only eat carbs, I ended up maintaining really well at around 2 pounds under LIW. Once I had the surgery and recovered I kind of fell off the wagon. I had lost about 6 more pounds after the surgery, but because I went so long without any fats at all I kind of went overboard. Surprisingly, despite going back to my evil old eating habits I am STILL at -1 LIW, so if there was any question about if this diet worked for the long run then its out now!

I still have a long way to go. Ideally I'd like to lose about 100 more pounds, so tomorrow I start loading. I look so forward to being active on the boards again and getting inspired by all of you! If you are just starting out or about to start out, let me know! We can be in this together.

Today's VLCD 1 for me on yet another attempted round. I'm determined not to fall off again.

I'm glad to see a few others in the same stages as me! We can definitely help each other. Its really the first few weeks that is hardest I remember. It got a lot easier toward the end. If any yall need anything feel free to send me a private message!

Definitely will do! I'm already down 4 lbs. I keep telling myself that every 2 lbs down is a week's worth of exercising and intense dieting done in a DAY! I can get close to a year's worth of weight loss done in a month and a half. Totally puts everything back into perspective for me.
