Just looking for a bit of advice I'm 22, 5'4", yesterday was LDW 104lbs (goal was 105, lost 11.2lbs in 22 days). I'm absolutely RAVENOUS! Although when I eat I feel full really quickly and actually nauseous. Sorta scared that I look TOO thin now and, given the hunger, have likely lost normal fat. I aim to increase my calories today - I've planned out to eat about 700 calories as per the protocol when you reach your goal weight ahead of finishing a round. I am rogue, and yesterday tried tuna canned in water to try and intentionally stall myself by eating off protocol, but lost more weight overnight. Today I had tuna again and will be eating 3 whole eggs tonight for my dinner. Should I eat these non-protocol foods or would that risk undoing all that I've achieved in P2? Should I be prepared to put on extra fat and maybe stabilise at a higher weight than this do you think? Or should I try and stabilise at this weight and then try to put on weight after 3 weeks of P3? Any advice eagerly awaited. Thank you! |
