I also posted this question under the Phase 2 forum, but didn't get any responses, so figured that I would try here.
So today is my last injection. I got up and weighed myself and I was up .4 lbs from yesterday. I didn't eat anything off of the protocol, however I did do my 20 min workout earlier in the day. The other factor might be that my period started yesterday. Do you think the gain is from my period and is just water weight? So, I'm assuming that I have to go with today's weight for my LIW even though it may have been affected by my period...is that correct? If so and if it is just water weight, then it will just give me a bit of a cushion, I guess. I was pretty upset to see the scale go up this morning because it just puts me further from my goal. I can't extend the round at all because of a vacation that we are going on in March and I want to be able to eat carbs on that trip. |
