Hello there....This is my first time posting but I have used HCG before.....kept it off till we had 4 vacations this past year.....so I know how to follow.....but this time my skin is much more drier...probably because of the colder weatehr and heater in the house....What I need to know is if this lotion is Ok to use in Phase 1....
CeraVe moisturizing lotion

I don tthink I left anything out...and I doubt I had to type all that!! But I want to make sure since I did not use lotion before.....Thank you very much in advance......Karen
