Im confused

Why does some people do the short round as 21 days or 23 days?

I thought it was 23 days of shots and 72 hours of maintance

Please explain

I think it is 23 days of shots (2 days of loading and 21 days vlcd) followed by 3 days no hcg and vlcd and then into Phase 3. I am a newbie though, someone else clarify?

According to "Pounds and Inches", Dr. Simeon's says to do a minimum of 26 days. It's 23 days of hcg plus 3 days of VLCD with no hcg.

What about the long round? Is it 40/43/46? I see it mentioned each of these.
