Hi everyone

This is my last day on the VLCD for my first round and I think that the Prenyl must be out of my system now...it is very hard for me not to eat something off protocol...

Is this hunger normal?

I would say yes! Happened to me. I would eat a little bit more but stay on protocol foods.
